If you are not satisfied with your purchase, Furniture Planet Team will be able to assist you. Returns or exchanges can be completed within 7 days of delivery or pick-up (if the original copy of the receipt is available.). The unused product / item must be presented in the original condition & packaging in order to qualify for the return / exchange. The product / item must me fully disassembled. Refunds will be issued according to the original method of payment used at the time of the transaction.Ā 

Please note, customers are responsible for applicable delivery charges when proceeding with the return or exchange options (unless the product / item has a manufacturing issue.).Ā 

All Furniture Planet products / items come with a three (3) month warranty (from the date of pick-up or delivery) unless specific conditions apply. Furniture Planetā„¢ warranty applies to manufacturing defects only and does not cover normal (daily use) wear and tear such as but not limited to: rips / cuts, stains / spills / discoloration, any damages caused by accidents, material pilling. Items / products that have been used, installed / assembled, stored, or cleaned incorrectly, cannot qualify for a three (3) month warranty. Our warranty policy does not apply to or incidental damages. All liquidation, final sale, or open-box products / items are not covered by our warranty policy. The original copy of the receipt must be presented and cannot be transferred to a different person.

Please read the installation instructions with care before assembling the item / product. Our warranty policy does not cover any damages associated with assembly errors and / or mishandling of parts.

All Furniture Planet products / items go through a double inspection procedure to make sure the quality is 10 out of 10. If a new product / item is missing a part(s), please contact our customer service team and we will be able to assist you. The original copy of the receipt must be presented. Please note, customers have one (1) month (from the date of pick-up or delivery) to notify us about any missing parts to qualify for the replacement. Delivery fees will be covered by Furniture Planet.Ā 

Once you order is placed online, you will receive the confirmation email with the information about your purchase. As soon as your order is dispatched from one of our warehouses, you will receive the email with the tracking number. You can click on the URL link to track your order for the most recent updates.

All Furniture Planet products / items come with assembly instructions and tools, which makes the process of installation quick & easy. Please read the installation instructions with care before assembling.Ā

All Furniture Planet products / items come brand new in boxes and are not displayed in our pick up locations. Here at Furniture Planet, we do not have showrooms and sales agents. This way, we are able to sell high quality products / items at a lower price compared to other stores.Ā
