RETURNS & EXCHANGES. IT'S THAT EASY!

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, Furniture Planet Team will be happy to assist you.

Returns or exchanges can be completed within 30 days of delivery or pick-up (if the original copy of the receipt is available.). Within Christmas holidays returns or exchanges can be extended for 37 days.

 

YOU CAN TEST OUR BAR STOOLS / CHAIRS!

When your stools / chairs are delivered, customers are allowed to assemble one (1) stool / chair for testing purposes to qualify for a full return / exchange.

If you are not satisfied with the quality or simply want to purchase another model, we will accept the return / exchange.

The stools / chairs must be fully disassembled and presented in the original condition & packaging. The one (1) bar stool / chair that was used for testing purposes must be fully disassembled and presented in the original condition & packaging.

Refunds will be issued according to the original method of payment used at the time of the transaction.

Please note, customers are responsible for sending back the product(s), including the delivery charges when proceeding with the return or exchange options.

If more than 1 (one) bar stool was assembled, tested, and disassembled afterwards, the return / exchange cannot be accepted.

If you discover a manufacturing defect in your product, we've streamlined the return process to make it as convenient as possible for you.

Not only will we assist you in promptly resolving the issue, but we'll also cover the cost of the return shipping label.

We believe that addressing any manufacturing concerns should be hassle-free, and our commitment to covering return shipping costs reflects that belief.
